Those notified of the breach from the class, with a specific subclass for California customers. The lawsuit alleges Inntopia’s failure to adequately protect and monitor personal information, leading to delayed compromise detection.
Inntopia, a marketing company overseeing sales websites for various businesses, holds sensitive user data, heightening the need for robust security measures. Class members can claim reimbursement of up to $500 for documented expenses linked to the breach, including travel costs, cellphone charges, and credit monitoring fees. Additionally, they may seek compensation for three hours of lost time at $20 per hour and up to $3,500 for documented extraordinary losses.
