Consumers who bought Wahlburgers pickles may be entitled to a cash payment from a $2 million settlement, with no proof of purchase required for up to six purchases. Read on for details!

The settlement benefits those who purchased Wahlburgers pickles, including Fresh Dill Spears, Fresh Dill Chips, and Fresh Dill Chips Hot, between April 1, 2021, and March 31, 2023.

The class action lawsuit alleges that the claims of “fresh,” “all natural,” and “no preservatives” on Wahlburgers pickles were misleading due to the presence of sodium benzoate. Wahlburgers denies any wrongdoing but has agreed to a $2 million settlement to resolve the lawsuit.

Under the settlement terms, class members can receive $2 per product purchased without proof of purchase, up to a maximum of six products, for a total payment of $12. Those with proof of purchase can claim as many products as they have receipts for and will receive full reimbursement for these items.
